J’ai commandé sur ce site la Boosted rev. Hélas, le modèle reçu ne fonctionnait pas. Mais j’ai apprécié le support et la réactivité, en moins de 2 jours ils m’ont envoyé un UPS pour retourner la trottinette et me retourner un nouveau modèle qui cette fois fonctionne parfaitement. Les échanges étaient rassurants et cordiaux. Le chat en ligne fonctionne mais il y a également une grande réactivité via email. Ce marchand est donc de confiance pour moi.
