Hi Tyler, i think communication with your customers needs to improve, generally a tracking number is provided right after purchase of a product. Over a week went by without me having a tracking number and i had to send an email to find out what was happening then i was told it was on a truck coming from Germany but when i finally got my tracking number it was coming from Sweden. Overall happy with the scooter, to get 5 stars which all companies strive for i would recommend better communication to your customers. Thanks
